Refund policy

Exchange & Refund Policy (Legally Binding)

By making a purchase from Tahzeeb, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Policy

This Exchange & Refund Policy applies exclusively to online purchases made through Tahzeeb’s official digital platforms.
No other sales channel is covered under this policy.

2. Time Limitation (Notice Period)

Any request for an exchange or refund must be submitted in writing within five (5) calendar days from the date the order is received, as confirmed by courier delivery records.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

3. Return Dispatch Requirement

Once a return request has been acknowledged by Tahzeeb, the customer must ensure the item is dispatched back to Tahzeeb within five (5) calendar days of receiving return instructions.

Failure to dispatch the item within this timeframe will result in the return request being automatically cancelled.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition and original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Free from stains, odors, alterations, or any signs of use

Tahzeeb reserves the absolute right to inspect returned items.
All inspection decisions are final.

5. Excluded & Final Sale Purchases

The following purchases are strictly final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Purchases made at exhibitions, pop-ups, markets, or events
  • Purchases made after trying on, including during appointments or fittings
  • Any item purchased following in-person inspection

6. Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Tahzeeb confirms in writing that the item is defective or incorrect.
Tahzeeb is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tahzeeb shall not be liable for dissatisfaction related to sizing, fit, color variations, courier delays, or personal preference.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

9. Acceptance of Policy

Completion of a purchase confirms full acceptance of this policy.
